Dipper showed me the mysteries to be solved.
He proved that the town was actually quite spooky.
There's always a creepy place or two to explore.
It's just my inner Dipper wanting to emerge.

Although he's an adorable 12-almost-13-year old,
The things he can do with determination and intelligence!
Survive the end, save his sibling and the town,
So what's to stop me from doing the same?

Mabel demonstrated that a little silliness and glitter,
Can be good, just like both serious and fun.
As long as one doesn't get carried away
And keeps a good balance of all of their traits.

An epic Summer romance was all she wished for,
And many crushes she has gone through since that point.
But that is no longer her number one goal.
The most important man in her life is now her bro-bro.

Stanley started off showing that people keep secrets.
You should watch for those people and not trust them.
He then went on to show that secret keepers know a lot,
And sometimes it might be best if you listen to them.

He eventually showed that those secrets are important.
They're kept because people love and want to protect you.
He thought with his heart, and that kind of thought,
Is what pieced together this once broken family.

Ford demonstrated that weird is totally awesome!
Six fingers is what makes him unique from the rest!
He was bullied and teased, made fun of and laughed at,
But he never gave up his aspirations in life.

I learned from him that demons are real,
But that sometimes they pretend to be your muse.
You have to learn to tell the difference,
And to never make a deal with the devil in disguise.

Wendy, being just as totally chill as ever,
Seemed like the perfect teenage girl.
Cool friends, great life, and just in all awesome!
Although that was a ruse: She's totally stressed.

She showed me that anyone can kick baddie butt.
It doesn't take a black belt or even a brown.
All it takes is heart, soul, power, and love,
And protecting your loved ones as your top priority.

Soos, the beloved man-child had fun.
And showed you can be whoever you are!
It doesn't matter your age, gender, weight, or ethnicity,
As long as you're true to yourself and have great friends.

The handyman may know much more than I think,
But he also knows much more than he himself thinks!
But sidekick, main, lovable side character,
However we label him, he is still Soos.

Gideon Gleeful, although psycho at first,
Showed a lot about love, and change and even persistence.
He wanted Mabel's heart and did anything to obtain it,
Even though his tactics weren't quite right at first.

He thought he could force the girl to just love him,
So that's why he teamed up with the little yellow demon.
It took Dipper's speech for him to realize,
That what Mabel wanted was for him to be good.

Robbie being jerkish was just a phase of his.
He loved Wendy and wanted her for himself.
Even if it meant hypnotizing her and picking on rivals,
Including sweet Dipper who had a crush on his lady.

When they were through, he was absolutely devistated!
But he learned to love again and to move on from her.
Not to linger in the past, but to live in the present,
And that was the lesson he really showed me.

Pacifica was only under the influence of her parents.
That was why she did some of the bad things she did.
Including picking on others and flaunting her wealth,
Making others feel bad about themselves.

It took a ghost that was haunting their mansion,
And Dipper being turned to wood to see her mistakes.
She turned around and showed me when she pulled down that lever,
That you aren't always a reflection of who your parents are.

Fiddleford, although I don't know much about him,
Went to Backupsmore, probably not his first choice.
He was a genius, and loved to invent crazy things,
But people scoffed and told him it could never happen.

This poor man forgot his entire life,
All because of one silly little mistake.
He showed that learning from mistakes is good,
And sometimes forgetting is the worst thing.

Shandra and Toby, although quite small parts,
Showed me there's always something to report!
From the itty bitty things to the end of the world,
Even if you're minor, you can still make a difference.

You might be strange, weird, bazaar, or even smart,
Be one's companion or be hiding in fear,
You can be mistaken for a monster or even eat a rat,
You'll still be there and mean something to someone.

The creatures of this place even taught me some things!
Like the gnomes who taught even weirdos need love.
Multi-bear showed manly people can like girly pop songs,
And Summerween Trickster: We should appreciate all we have.

Lilliputians taught maybe everything is controlled by another,
Love God that love is truly a complicated matter.
Unicorns that big jerks are that way for a reason,
And so many more I only wish I could name!

Even Bill Cipher, the evil mastermind he is,
Showed me that villains do exist in reality.
They may come in various shapes and sizes,
But that doesn't change the fact: They are still there.

These little devils will try to mess life up for us.
They will do anything to use and abuse us.
We have to learn to defend ourselves and not to give in,
Because when the world fights, we must fight back.

Just the episodes in general teach me so many lessons,
It was an amazing journey that no one could ever forget.
So I'd like to thank the entire team,
For giving us something that all could thoroughly enjoy.

I'd like to thank the voice actors for becoming these people,
And the animators for bringing these people to life.
Storyboard artists, script writers and more,
But most of all Alex, for without him, Gravity Falls would not exist.

The lump in my throat that I struggle to swallow,
And the pit in my stomach that makes me feel sick,
The whole in my heart that can never be filled,
I'm certain we're all feeling that way right now.

It's only natural when going through something like this.
It can best be described as loosing who we love,
Because in a way, I am losing many I love.
For me, I'm loosing a part of my life.

But at least they will live on forever in my heart,
And in art and words and in videos too!
For no matter what happens, I know for sure,
That I will always be a part of this amazing fandom.

No matter what Alex decides to do next,
I will always have utmost respect and love for him.
For without Gravity Falls and these stories and tales,
I never would have felt like my life was complete.

Thank-you Alex Hirsch... For everything.

5 years later. Still my favorite DIsney show of all time.
